A month of work on the application experience. Applicants can share verified academic grades from Norwegian institutions, recruiters get fine-grained control over which fields each application collects, and there's a batch of new scheduling and listing options on top.

- Verified academic grades in applications. Applicants can securely share their verified grades from Norwegian institutions (Vitnemålsportalen) directly inside the application form, and you can enable grade sharing per listing. Transcripts arrive through the EMREX protocol, which lays the groundwork for grades from other European countries such as Finland and the Netherlands. Candidates can also view and download their own verified transcripts from within Vouch.
- Configurable application fields. Decide exactly what each application collects. Address, date of birth, resume, and LinkedIn can each be set to required, optional, or not collected, so you only ask candidates for what a role actually needs.
- Copy questions between listings. A new "Copy questions" button pulls questions from any other listing, lets you preview them, and adds them to the form you're building, so setting up a new role no longer means rewriting questions from scratch.
- Shared booking links and multi-host scheduling. Share booking links across your workspace and schedule meetings with several hosts at once, making group interviews and team scheduling far simpler.
- Calendar disconnect alerts. New notification settings tell you the moment a connected calendar drops, so booking links never quietly go stale. Choose to be alerted in-app, by email, or in Slack.
- Vouch after a listing closes. You can submit a recommendation for a candidate even after the listing they applied to has expired, with clearer status messages and protection against duplicate submissions.
- Remote and hybrid roles. Mark a job as remote or hybrid and define a broader work region, with improved location autocomplete when you set it up.
- Promotion codes. Apply promotion codes to content and offers published through Vouch.
- Company vetting controls. Administrators can manage which companies have access to specific platform features.

- Scheduling management. Workspace booking permissions can be set by role, and scheduling links are grouped into owned and shared, with more detail on each card.
- Faster, tidier interface. Quicker API responses and faster loading for vouching activity, comments, and messages, alongside polish to the user menu, company portal screens, clipboard feedback, and the in-listing editor.
- Translations. Continued accuracy and readability improvements across Danish, English, Norwegian, and Swedish.
