◆ Compare · Vouch vs ReachMee

Vouch vs ReachMee. AI-native, not AI bolted on.

ReachMee is a long-standing Nordic ATS, modular, form-heavy, with an AI copilot recently added next to it. Vouch is the AI-native ATS where the AI runs the brief, the screening, the Notetaker, the outreach. The workflow is the AI.

◆ Two categories, not two contenders

Vouch

The AI-native ATS where one brief drives everything, and what you learn about a candidate is still there on the next role.

ReachMee by Talentech

A long-established Nordic ATS, now part of Talentech's wider suite, built around career sites and multi-module project records, with AI added alongside.

  • One brief
drives screening, Notetaker, outreach · no module-hopping
  • AI-native
scoring, evidence, audit trail in the data model · not a side panel
  • Any language
brief, screening, Notetaker work in any language · not duplicated projects
  • Every search
starts from what you already know · past candidates come back up

◆ Same moment, different posture

How each one handles the moment.

09:14, A new role hits your inbox. The hiring manager sent a voice memo.

Vouch
  1. 09:14Voice memo drops into the brief.
  2. 09:15Vouch reads it. Drafts qualifiers, JD, screening, interview plan.
  3. 09:17Sharpen one must-have, hit save.
  4. 09:18Live ad. Brief, screening, Notetaker, all working in whatever language the work shows up in. Out to Finn, Arbeidsplassen and The Hub.
ReachMee by Talentech

◆ What we built around

Three things, plainly stated.

  1. 01

The brief is the source of truth.

One brief drives the ad, the screening, the interview plan, the Notetaker, the candidate presentation. Edit it once and the pipeline back-scores itself. A product where the JD, the application form, the screening report and the career site are separate modules makes you the integration layer.

  2. 02

What you learn about a candidate should outlast the role.

Vouch keeps the screening evidence, the notes and the interview transcript on the candidate record. Open a new opening and the people you already assessed come back up, with the reasoning attached, matched on what you actually need rather than on how someone filed them at the time. The work compounds instead of expiring with the requisition.

  3. 03

    Nordic reality is the default.

Vouch reads CVs and cover letters in whatever language they arrive in, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, English, Finnish. Brief, screening, Notetaker, outreach, all language-agnostic. Offentlige søkelister + Vitnemålsportalen native, GDPR + EU AI Act as product surfaces. Not a configuration project. The default behaviour of the product.

◆ Questions to ask yourself

Short answers, about us.

  1. 01

One brief that drives everything, or separate modules you stitch together?

In Vouch, the brief drives the ad, the screening, the interview plan, the Notetaker. Edit it once; the pipeline back-scores itself. When the JD, application form, screening report and career site are separate modules, you become the integration layer, and small changes ripple through three places.

  2. 02

AI in the foundation, or AI in a side panel?

Vouch's AI runs the brief, the screening, the Notetaker and the outreach natively, with evidence quotes and readable reasoning on every score, and every override logged. An assistant sitting alongside an established workflow can summarise a CV. Whether it can carry an audit trail through the decision is the question worth asking.

  3. 03

Want every shortlist defensible in a debrief?

Every Vouch score ships with a verbatim evidence quote, readable reasoning and a click-through to what fed it. Override anything; the override is logged with reasoning and Vouch won't write over it. Where status is set by hand and the rationale lives in an email thread, the trail is only as good as what someone remembered to type.

  4. 04

Evaluation that works in any language, or one project per language?

Vouch reads each CV in the language it was written in, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, English. Evidence quotes come back verbatim in the candidate's language. If you'd rather maintain a sibling project per language and reconcile reporting by hand, that's a different shape of working.

  5. 05

Want the activity log to write itself?

In Vouch the Notetaker captures the interview, decisions land on the candidate record, and the audit trail is a byproduct of doing the work. If yours is still assembled by hand at the end of a process, it competes with everything else on your desk, and it loses.

◆ Pricing posture

Vouch

Vouch is priced per package: agency, in-house team or startup, with the number agreed in one short conversation and put in writing. Seats, roles, candidates and storage are unlimited, and there is no per-seat fee. You can start free on real roles before talking to anyone, with the whole product live and a trial cap on usage.

ReachMee by Talentech

ReachMee doesn't publish pricing. It's quoted per organisation and shaped by size, modules and integrations, with implementation billed separately. Talentech's suite overlaps on capability, so it's worth being clear which product you're actually buying, and what the first-year total is with setup included.

◆ What moving actually involves

The honest version of switching.

In an organisation with procurement and a security review, "what do we lose" is a formal question, not a rhetorical one. Migration is free on paid packages, and you can prove the case on one requisition before anyone signs anything.

  • Candidates, CVs and attachments come across. On import you record on what basis you hold the list, which sets the retention window and goes into the compliance audit log.
  • Full process history from another system doesn't transfer cleanly, and we won't claim otherwise in a procurement document.
  • Retention windows are configurable per source, with a subject-rights page and a privacy notice generated from your own settings. That usually shortens the DPIA conversation rather than starting it.
  • Run one opening in parallel before the renewal window. It's the cheapest evidence you can put in front of a steering group.

◆ When each one fits

Honestly.

Pick Vouch if…

  • You want the screening work handled, not assisted, with one brief driving the whole role.
  • You want every shortlist defensible: evidence quotes, readable reasoning, logged overrides.
  • You hire across NO / SV / DA / EN and want every CV read in its own language, no duplicate projects per language.

Run both if…

You're committed to ReachMee for the next renewal cycle and can't move yet. Vouch can sit in front: the brief, the multi-language ad, screening with evidence, the Notetaker and the shortlist you share out. ReachMee keeps the existing integrations and reporting until the procurement window opens.

Pick ReachMee if…

  • You're public-sector or enterprise with established procurement against Talentech, and switching cost is the deciding factor.
  • Your hiring is largely volume + form-based and the existing modular workflow is comfortable.
  • You want a long-standing Nordic vendor with on-prem deployment options and existing system integrations.
