This release brings a single Meetings workspace that ties calendars, booking links, and transcripts together so interviews run smoothly across your team.
What's new
- Shared calendar. Manage events across teammates and interview stages with day, week, month, and agenda views, drag-and-drop, search, and inline edit.
- Booking links. Configure booking links per listing or create custom links. All respect working hours, buffers, max-per-day, and conflict calendars.
- Calendar connections. Connect Google and Outlook calendars. Set timezone and hours once, and availability flows into every scheduling link.
- Assistant in the room. The assistant can auto-join selected calendars, transcribe meetings, and surface structured summaries back to candidate profiles.
- Smart recommendations. Recommendations link events to the right candidates and listings based on context (for example, email), speeding up matching.
- Transcript lifecycle. Create or select, edit summaries, and view transcripts in event profiles to make evaluations faster and more consistent.
