What is an AI credit?
What we charge when AI does work for you, scoring a candidate, joining a meeting, running a search. Seats, roles, candidates and storage are unlimited.
Do unused credits roll over?
On paid plans, yes, Growth and Scale roll over up to 3× the monthly quota. A slow month means a strong next month. Starter resets monthly.
Can I turn AI off?
Yes. Toggle AI off for the workspace or specific roles. Vouch still works as a clean ATS, no credits spent.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades prorate on annual plans with credits unlocked immediately. Downgrades apply at renewal; existing credits stay available until then.
Can I enable automatic top-ups?
Yes, on paid plans. Set a per-month cap so you don't get surprised by overage.
What about migration from another ATS?
