Katona Rekruttering switched systems. Their clients noticed.
An agency's clients rarely have a view on the system it works in. At Katona Rekruttering, they started saying something.

An agency's clients care about the candidates. Which system the agency works in is rarely something they have a view on.
So Mikaela Horváth noticed when her clients began to mention exactly that this autumn.
She runs Katona Rekruttering, a small agency in Oslo that finds salespeople, leaders and specialists for companies across Norway, and also in Sweden and Denmark. Her promise to clients is one named contact and a reply within 24 hours. The first candidate presentation comes after 14 days on average. The agency has more than 100 hires behind it, and 95 percent of candidates pass their probation period.
At that pace there is little room for a system that needs looking after.
The old system
Until this autumn she worked in another system, which she now calls a bit old-fashioned. Ask her, and two things stand out.
“Sometimes you had to spend a fair amount of time getting things to work. Candidate presentations also took up a good deal of time.
”
The second is no small matter. The presentation is where a client first sees the work, and the time spent putting it together has to come from somewhere else.
Clients spoke up
In late September she sat down with us and compared how sharing candidates with clients works in the two systems. She found it easier in Vouch, where she can choose which details and assessments a client sees, and which stages of the process.
By October she was up and running. A few weeks later the feedback came.
“The feedback I've had is that everything looks very tidy and professional. It's not often I've had feedback on the system I use.
”
She has got time back herself earlier on, when candidates go into the system. There she lets an AI feature do the work.
“It has saved me a lot of time when it comes to moving candidates into the system.
”
In capitals
We asked what she would say to another recruiter thinking about switching to Vouch. The answer came by email, and it opened in capitals.
“SWITCH! This will save you time, and your clients will find that the system you present candidates in looks tidy and professional.
”
