The Microsoft side of the office gets the treatment Google's side has had for a while: notifications in Teams, watched Outlook calendars, meetings imported from either. Candidate search stops punishing typos, and Lookout crosses borders properly.
New
- Vouch notifications in Microsoft Teams. The reminders and candidate notifications that reach Slack can now land in Teams channels as cards. Connect it from notification settings.
- The meeting assistant watches Outlook. Calendar watching now covers Outlook and Microsoft 365 alongside Google: choose whether meetings with teammates, meetings with external people, or meetings you are invited to get picked up, per calendar.
- Import meetings from your calendar. On Meetings, Import from calendar lists what's coming up on a connected Google or Outlook calendar and pulls in the occurrences you pick, one at a time, never a whole series. Nothing is created or emailed in the source calendar. Guests are matched against your pool by email, so when exactly one candidate fits, the meeting and its transcript land on their profile on their own. Delete an imported meeting and watching won't quietly recreate it.
- Edits to imported meetings write back. Retitle or move an imported meeting in Vouch and the change is written to the original Google or Outlook event, behind a warning that attendees may be notified. If the provider refuses the edit, nothing is saved halfway. Meeting links stay managed where the event lives.

- What you see is what they shared. A candidate's details in your workspace are now a snapshot of the application they sent you. When they edit that application, the changes flow in as before, except into fields you have edited yourself, which stay yours. When they merely edit their own account, your records hold still. A person icon beside each basic field offers the value from their latest shared application, and clicking it pulls in that one field.
- Lookout works in any country. Name a market in the brief and the search goes there: single countries, several at once, or shorthands like Nordics and DACH that expand to every country they cover. Country names work in whatever language you write them, and the search runs across the languages relevant to each market. The market count says which countries it covered.
- Better data capture when you accept a Lookout candidate. Contact details, LinkedIn and avatar collected during sourcing follow them into your pool, and the as-found profile stays visible until the fuller built profile takes over.
- Meetings say when the assistant is sitting out. An event with transcription off now shows it.
- Quiet hours follow your timezone. Notification working hours are applied in your own timezone, including windows that cross midnight.
- Candidate lists travel lighter. The candidates table fetches only the fields it shows, which cuts the wait on big pools.
- Replaced CVs are cleaned up. Upload a new CV over an old one and the old file is deleted once nothing refers to it.

- Search forgives typos. The search across the talent pool, a job's candidates and the candidate picker now matches close spellings of names, titles and companies, so "Kristofer" finds Kristoffer and "davdi" finds David. Exact matches always rank first, close spellings follow, and the highlight on each card shows which word matched. Emails, phone numbers and tags still match exactly as typed. The whole thing runs on indexes in the database now, so it stays quick as the pool grows.
- Finn ads sent the company website to the application form. The company link on a Finn ad now points at the client's actual website. Applying still goes through the tracked application link.
