Monday, 9 AM. Your inbox: 73 new applications. Your calendar: 5 interviews to schedule. Your pipeline: 42 candidates waiting for updates. By noon, you've barely made a dent, and three great candidates just accepted offers elsewhere.
This release rewrites that story. Now your AI drafts those 73 responses. Bulk actions move and update those 42 candidates. Calendar links eliminate the scheduling circus. You focus on what matters: building relationships and making great hires.
What's live in your accounts right now
- Tailored, auto-generated communication. Click "draft message" for three modes: quick one-shots, templated, or custom prompts. Pick a mode and try it out. This is v1. It gets smarter every week.
- Bulk actions. A new toolbar appears when you select multiple candidates. Select with checkboxes, then move, reject, or message entire groups at once. Choose between personalised and templated flows. Start with two or three candidates to get the feel.
- Interview scheduling. Under Settings > Calendar Integration, connect Google or Outlook and add your scheduling links. Candidates self-book directly. The manual back-and-forth? Gone. (More calendar magic coming soon.)
And we couldn't help ourselves, so we shipped more
- Inbox (early version). All candidate conversations in one place. You'll see it in your sidebar.
- Improved custom interview stages. Under Configurations > Edit Interview Stages, add stages to match your flow, with automations and communication templates per stage. Interview guides coming next.
- Timeline view. A new tab on candidate profiles. Every interaction, chronologically. The full story, always visible.
- In-app notifications (v0.1). Subtle notifications for key events. Tag colleagues in comments. Basic for now, tell us what notifications matter most.
- Talent pool improvements. Small tweaks and improvements to smart search. The foundation for smarter candidate discovery. More to come soon.
- Dozens of small fixes. Those paper cuts you've been tolerating? We're hunting them down, one by one.
