Is it true that I can pause my subscription at anytime?
Yes, you can always pause effective from the end of your subscription period—without losing access to your candidate history. We asked ourselves: Why should recruitment cost a fortune even when we're not actively hiring? That's why we don't lock you into a SaaS agreement that you can't get out of, like your traditional ATS. You can pause your subscriptionat anytime, and resume once you are back on the horse.

Can I use Vouch to run my internal employee referral program?
Yes, of course! We recommend starting there since they're your best champions. Just remember that you have the ability to expand your reach far beyond your employees' networks with Vouch to capture both active and passive candidates.

Do you offer discounts for start-ups?
It's already a good deal! But we have agreements with some startup accelerators and investors, so reach out to us to see if you are eligible for an even better deal.

What is the deal with the reward?
The reward is the amount promised to referrers and recruiters, paid in full to the recruiter once a hired candidate starts the job (1-6 months after the start date). While higher rewards naturally generate more interest, even smaller rewards can effectively incentivize your network. Vouch manages everything—from coordinating with the voucher to ensuring the payout of rewards—whether the referrer is employed by you or not. You also can use non-cash rewards, but then you have to handle the reward logistics yourself.

Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes, we are. We take your privacy and data security very seriously. We are fully compliant with GDPR and have a comprehensive privacy policy in place to protect your data.
