Relevant education and/or work experience (e.g., a degree in data analytics, experience as an analyst in a digital company, etc.)

Strong communication skills: Ability to transform complex data into easily understandable reports and insightful recommendations for stakeholders.

Keen eye for detail: Identifying outliers and errors in datasets and models, ensuring decisions are based on accurate input.

Self-driven: High capacity for working independently and taking initiative. Identifying problems and opportunities, while ensuring multiple parallel responsibilities are handled efficiently and on time.

Quick learner: With a strong base knowledge of how spreadsheets and databases work, you can quickly master new tools and methods and stay up-to-date.

Nice to Have

SQL skills: Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.

Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools: Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools.

Interest in AI and experience using LLMs effectively.

Multilingual: Scandinavian languages, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch are most useful, but other languages are also a plus.

Coding experience in Python or similar programming languages.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Nettbureau, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of business processes and providing strategic advice to decision-makers based on data. You will also play a central role in monitoring how implemented improvements are progressing and adjusting our approach as needed.
Data Analysis and Interpretation
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
Reporting and Visualization
Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Process Improvement
Identify areas for improvement in business processes and develop data-driven solutions.
Performance Monitoring
Track the impact of implemented changes and make adjustments as needed.
Collaboration
Work closely with various teams, including marketing, product development, and management, to provide data-driven insights.
