Relevant experiences
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in product design, digital design, service design, UX, or UI
Experience with UX, interaction design, and prototyping to create user flows and effectively conceptualize new product initiatives
Experience working in a modern product development organization
Ability to collaborate in trios in Product Discovery processes
Experience conducting user research, interviews, and testing
Nice to Have
Ability to communicate complex design concepts in a simple way
Experience with product management and/or project management is a plus
Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Designer at Bliksund, you will play a key role in the design and development of our innovative software solutions. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that are both functional and engaging.
Lead Product Discovery Processes
You will be responsible for leading the Product Discovery process, from ideation to prototyping and testing.
Conduct User Research
You will be responsible for conducting user research to understand the needs of our users and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create User-Centered Designs
You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that are both functional and engaging, using our internal design system effectively.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.
Present and Communicate Design Concepts
You will be responsible for presenting and communicating your design concepts to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
