Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, managing the process from requisition to onboarding across diverse roles and industries.

Demonstrable success in building and executing creative sourcing strategies and nurturing talent communities.

Ability to build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and offering strategic guidance.

Proficiency in conducting structured interviews and assessing candidates beyond technical skills, including cultural fit and soft skills.

Proficiency in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology to optimize processes.
