Perform accurate and efficient account reconciliation, ensuring data integrity and resolving discrepancies.

Utilize accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and Norwegian GAAP.

Ensure accurate and timely compliance with Norwegian tax laws, including VAT and corporate tax.

Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a rapidly growing tech startup, adapting to dynamic changes and contributing to a lean finance function.

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

Execute precise account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and Norwegian GAAP.

Handle Norwegian tax compliance, including VAT reporting and corporate tax filings.
