Relevant experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in developing microservices and cloud-based solutions (AWS).

Expertise in TypeScript or JavaScript (Node.js, Nest.js).

Familiarity with test-driven development, test automation, and deployment in cloud infrastructure.

Experience with ElasticSearch, queues, non-SQL datastores, and high-scale applications.

Nice to Have

A passion for exploring innovative technologies and expanding your skill set.

An ownership-driven mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A supportive nature that fosters a positive and inclusive team environment.

Experience with Stripe, Mobilepay and Financial Flows.

Experience with the Open Charge Point Interface (OCPI).

Join Spirii’s fantastic growth journey as a Tech Lead. You'll be a technical enabler for your team, guiding them to build the scalable, secure, and high-quality cloud software that powers the e-Mobility revolution. Your role is pivotal in fostering team autonomy and making a real impact.

Set clear technical intent and help the team understand the 'why' behind initiatives.

Co-plan initiatives with the Product Trio (Product Manager, Designer, Tech Lead) to align with product goals and platform health.

Lead architectural discussions, guide solution design, and ensure system performance improvements.

Champion best practices for code quality, automated testing, security, and development standards.

Coach and mentor engineers, growing their architectural literacy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Tech Leads at Spirii are technical enablers who create the conditions for their teams to build scalable, secure, high-quality software, and to do so with autonomy, clarity, and confidence. You will guide architectural thinking, coach engineers, facilitate informed decision-making, and ensure the team is aligned with strategic intent. Your success is measured not by the decisions you make, but by the decisions your team can make without you. You’ll collaborate closely with product development teams, internal stakeholders, near-shore colleagues, and external partners. Reporting to one of our Engineering Managers, you’ll ensure we deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable software solutions.
