What You'll Need to Succeed
Deep understanding of Capital Markets, especially Repo trading, trade lifecycle, regulatory reporting (CIRO/SFTR), and triparty repo.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL scripting for data analysis and automation.
Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and tools like Jira/Confluence.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to production support.
Ability to create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, Design Docs, Use Cases, and Process Models.

Your Key Responsibilities

Translate complex business requirements from our trading and compliance desks into detailed, actionable technical specifications.

Lead the analysis, design, and implementation phases of new software solutions and enhancements within the Capital Markets platform.

Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Design Documents, Use Cases, and Process Models.
🛠️
Provide critical support for production issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
🤝
Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and project managers throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
⚖️
Ensure that all technical solutions adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, including CIRO and SFTR.
