Management experience (Delivery, Team and/or personnel management)

Knowledge and experience in coaching and developing teams and individuals

About the job

As a Data Delivery Lead at Aker BP, you'll be the vital link between IT & Data Excellence and DIGE PRO, ensuring data requirements are met within specific business domains. You'll manage the data lifecycle, coordinate resources, and handle dependencies to deliver efficient and scalable data solutions. This role involves strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a passion for data-driven decision-making in the energy sector.

Set up data delivery plans and align with stakeholders

Coordinate cross-functional efforts and deliveries

Identify competence and resource needs

Follow established processes to engage capability to delivery

Orchestrate the execution of successful data deliveries
