About the job
As a Key Account Manager at Visma Proceedo, you'll focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with our key customers, ensuring their success with our products and services, and driving the company's growth and customer loyalty. This dynamic and strategic role requires a high degree of responsibility and deep knowledge of purchasing, finance, procurement, business development, and negotiation.
Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key customers, ensuring sustainable growth.
Analyze customer data to identify patterns, needs, and goals, creating tailored customer plans to enhance customer value, satisfaction, and commercial expansion.
Proactively and strategically work with contract renewals and renegotiations to secure continued business and growth, and be responsible for contract compliance.
Establish C-level relationships and act as a strategic partner for your contacts.
Proactively identify and drive upselling opportunities.
