5+ years experience in B2B sales/commercial leadership
Pproven track record in sales, contract negotiations and commercialization
Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI sales tools
Experience in AI, audio, video or communication products and services is a plus
Experience within consumer electronics, digital radio communications, music technology, defense or security is a plus

As the Commercial Director at HANCE, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our commercial operation, responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategy, building and leading sales teams, devising pricing strategies, negotiating customer contracts, and securing strategic partnerships. You will use a data-driven approach in all aspects of commercialization, identifying and targeting key customers to drive our growth.
Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics, and work closely with our engineering team.
Key tasks
This will be your main responsibilities taking us to market
Go-to-market strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to effectively introduce and promote HANCE’s products in various markets
Align commercial strategies with product development, marketing and customer success initiatives
Build relationships
Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners with top-tier clients (mid-large global tech companies)

Represent HANCE at industry events and conferences to expand our network and generate leads
Lead the commercial team
Providing decisive leadership and guidance to the commercial team, nurturing a culture of excellence, and optimizing revenue-generating opportunities
Set clear commercial targets and objectives, and monitor team performance
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to ensure team success
Analyse and refine
Develop and refine pricing strategies that maximize profitability and growth
Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve strategies and performance
Lead analysis to identify market opportunities, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics
