Experience in SaaS sales and/or recruitment.

Proven ability to develop and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

Background as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role is highly valued.

Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks (e.g., CRM, outbound tools).

Strong understanding of the recruitment industry or HR tech.

Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.

About the job

We are seeking a pioneering Sales Manager to join our small, dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to define and execute our Go-To-Market strategy in a pre-GTM startup environment. You will work directly with the CEO and have a significant impact on our product and growth trajectory.

GTM Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy from the ground up.

Sales Cycle

Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Product Feedback

Collaborate closely with the Design and Development teams to provide market feedback and influence product evolution.

Tech Stack

Utilize a modern tech stack (Attio, UnifyGTM, Apollo, etc.) to identify and engage prospects.

Direct Impact

Report directly to the CEO, playing a key role in strategic decisions and company growth.
